Hal Has been tattooing since 2008, spending 10 years working in some of Melbourne’s best tattoo studios. He enjoys tattooing all styles and specialises in illustratively driven Japanese and Art Nouveau. Hal has a preference for Black & Grey, and a flare for Pop Culture tattooing.
